Final work before handover.

Landscaping

The back yard went from this clay mess, to a 3 metre flat entertaining area behind the alfresco. With the keystone retaining wall and the steps, it has connected the paved area with our existing grassed area.

Outside landscaping work

Our landscaping at the rear of the house.  This rain is not helping with the construction. It should take atleast a couple of weeks to get built.

Tha alfresco area will include 3 metres to the retaining wall. It is to be paved in bluestone pavers.

The side view of the house, you could drive a small digger down this sideway. The dogs will love their new run.

Bricks

The workman have strategically placed piles of bricks around the perimeter of the house in preparation for the next stage - bricking. I am not sure when this task will commence but I will keep you posted.

This is the closest colour to clinker red bricks like our old house.
